PSR Solicitors successfully obtained over £17,000.00 in compensation for an individual who suffered an injury in an accident at work in a Tesco store.
Our Client was employed by Tesco. On the day of the accident our Client was stacking a shelf and was startled by another employee who "jokingly" knocked into him, and he stood on a box which had been left on the floor in one of the aisles. The box collapsed and this caused our Client to fall heavily to the ground. As a result of the accident our Client suffered a serious shoulder injury.
Tesco admitted liability for the accident at work but they failed to provide our Client with an interim payment in respect of his lost earnings. As such, Court proceedings were issued in order to obtain an interim payment for our Client. The interim payment was to assist our client financially while his treatment was ongoing. A Court hearing was listed to take place in March 2016 to decide how much compensation our client should receive however prior to the Hearing settlement negotiations took place and a settlement figure was agreed.

Since joining PSR Solicitors in March 2013 I opened and managed our Rhyl office and became head of the Personal Injury department shortly thereafter. I therefore have responsible for managing Person Injury cases throughout the firm. In January 2024 I relocated to our head office in Chester.
I completed both my Law LLB and LPC degrees at Cardiff University, graduating in 2008 and 2009 respectively. Thereafter, I completed my 2-year training contract at a firm based in Cardiff. I was retained by this firm as a Criminal Defence Solicitor until I decided to relocate up to North Wales.
As an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, I represent Claimants in all manner of personal injury case work including injuries as a result of Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, and Occupiers Liability Accidents. I handle all types off personal injury claims from the minor right through to complex more serious injury claims.
Outside of work I enjoy running and hiking, going to the gym, travel, cooking and am a keen rugby fan.
