As a result of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Family Law Solicitor capable of dealing with general family matters and child law, child arrangement orders, parental responsibility and child maintenance.
You will also have experience in IHT and succession planning. An expertise in other areas of private law would also be welcome. You will find that all of our offices provide an extremely supportive environment for every member of our team.
As well as your legal experience, you will be self sufficient, approachable and client focused. You will also be well organised with a proactive attitude to work and have a keen attention to detail. As we use a Hoowla case management system, being competent in IT and having experience with Microsoft applications will also be an advantage.

As we have recently opened offices in Chester, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to set up a new department dealing with all areas of medical negligence claims. The successful candidate will design a workflow system and procedures that can be applied to our case management system.
We will increase exposure, and generate a significant number of enquiries, once a suitable candidate is in place. As we plan to further develop this department, we will offer a salary based upon a fee-sharing % when this comes to fruition.
You will be approachable and client focused, have excellent communication skills, competent IT skills and experience of Microsoft applications. Being well organised, with a proactive attitude to work and keen attention to detail is also a must.
