Our Stafford conveyancing solicitors extend their services nationally through our online conveyancing platform. We offer online conveyancing for all properties across England and Wales on a No Move, No Fee basis; this means you won't be responsible for our legal fees if the sale or purchase does not reach completion for any reason.

Please note: Our No Move, No Fee policy covers only one unsuccessful transaction. While we strive to minimise your financial risk, covering the costs for multiple failed transactions is not sustainable for our business. Therefore, any subsequent transactions that do not reach completion will be subject to our standard legal fee plus VAT, as outlined in our initial quote.

Our 'No Move No Fee' Promise

  • No legal fees to pay if your move falls through
  • No hidden extras

Do I need a Local Property Conveyancer?
